Coach Gratton has been an assistant coach at Conestoga since 2005, focusing on the development of players on the defensive end. Prior to Conestoga, he served as an assistant coach at Framingham High School.  Coach Gratton played locally at Harriton High School (1997) and then played Division III lacrosse at Denison University (2001).

Coach Gratton is a teacher at Valley Forge Middle School.  Before VFMS, he taught a variety of courses at Conestoga High School.  Prior to coming to T/E, Coach Gratton taught outside Boston, MA for 3 years. Coach Gratton graduated from Denison University in 2001 where he majored in Mathematics and Education.

In 2011, he completed his Masters in Teaching Mathematics from Arcadia University.
