Tom Pappas brings a wealth of experience coaching youth sports in the Denver area and TE, combining a lifelong passion for sports with a deep understanding of teamwork, leadership, and dedication. A graduate of Episcopal Academy (Class of 1995), Tom was part of the PA State Championship lacrosse team and also excelled as a soccer player. He went on to play college lacrosse at Lafayette College before transferring to the University of Denver, where he graduated in 2000.

In addition to coaching, Tom has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, where he applies his expertise in leadership, strategy, and execution. He sees a strong connection between sports and business, where the principles of coaching, leadership, and team-building are essential to success. As a father of two teenagers, Tom understands the importance of instilling values such as focus, drive, and commitment —traits he believes are cultivated early on through sports. For Tom, coaching isn’t just about teaching lacrosse; it's about helping players develop the skills and mindset they’ll carry with them for life.
